Shepherds Pie & Rice Hybrid Creation

I had to come up with that crazy title to accommodate this meal. It's basically shepherds pie but with the ingredients mixed before hand and with rice and vermicelli. It's way better then you'd guess and something only I make this way [that I'm aware of].
