We started off this meal with a couple of stiff adult drinks. The pork roast was served with homemade gravy, roasted potatoes and steamed sweet peas. "Was" being the operative word to stress here since this roast quickly became history.

With roasted garlic and butter for good measure. Roasted garlic is even better then butter for stuff like this. Absolutely delicious!
