Curried Pork Fried Rice
We both prefer the milder curry's that appear more yellowish then red. I think that's mostly the difference between the curry used in most Chinese foods compared to Indian foods. Either way, this tasted delectable.

Pork Roast
We started off this meal with a couple of stiff adult drinks. The pork roast was served with homemade gravy, roasted potatoes and steamed sweet peas. "Was" being the operative word to stress here since this roast quickly became history.

Pork Chops
