Barbecued Steak & Fries

Slightly charred which serves to remind us these were cooked in the rainy cool outdoors today. Somehow it tasted even better knowing so.

Barbecued T-Bone Steak & Hash

Not everyone in Canada lives in an igloo you know. Here is a prime example of an early bbq. Snow is very rare where I live. We even golf in the winter, google it.

Steak Salsa with Nachos & Cheese

This made for a really hearty dip and a great meal.

Sirloin Burger & Potato Salad

This was a very simple yet very good meal. We'll definitely want to combine these into a complete meal again. Meat [check] Potatoes [check]. Looks like the important basis were covered!

Steak & Corn on the Cob

Any words here to describe what this is are pretty redundant. Taste wise though the steak was amazing and the corn was sweet and juicy. We never use margarine and it really pays off when buttering corn with the real  thing.

With rice. It really is just a chop suey with rice this time and chop suey sounds better anyway. Aesthetics! What's google spell checker got against suey?

Pan fried and smothered in a few tasty morsels.

Curried Steak Stir Fry

This was a sticky and spicy curried steak stir fry. Now if we hadn't used curry it would have been an ssssf but instead it's an sscssf. More is often better and today's meal took no exception to that claim.
