Barbecued Steak & Fries

Italian Styled Meat Sauce & White Rice
The keys to this tasting even better then it looks were olive oil, olives and thick mushrooms which complimented all the other ingredients very well.

Charred Hot Dogs
Charred because it's better then saying burnt. Just consider these dogs Cajun Dawgs! Yesterday was the first year for a new holiday in the province I live in. It's a good month for one as there is a long stretch without them from winter to spring.

Barbecued T-Bone Steak & Hash
Not everyone in Canada lives in an igloo you know. Here is a prime example of an early bbq. Snow is very rare where I live. We even golf in the winter, google it.
