Penne & Meatballs

Chunky fried garlic with red and yellow peppers went really well with just black olives. Topped with crushed red pepper flakes and or grated Parmesan cheese.

Hamburger Noodle Soup

No hamburger noodles in there but there are leftover noodles and hamburger! What's good for the goose/chicken is good for the gander/cow.

Spaghetti

It's always good and not made as often in the summer but one of our favourites around here.

On a side note I really dislike how the spell checker in this thing continually chooses american English when I am Canadian. Favourites not favorites was it just too much trouble to put u's in a bunch of words so they axed them? Considering the use of English in the United States of America was the result of British Colonization perhaps this was one way they "held out" or deemed to differentiate themselves. All part of their "freedom". I guess. There must have been a few interesting board room meetings back in the day regarding all that. The Federal Gov't in USA doesn't even have an official language. Only 28 of 50 states have given English official status. Amazing what you can learn cooking and then eating spaghetti isn't it?
