Today's Tidbit
The Sunshine Coast BC Canada. We spent a few days there recently. While there we also visited the home of "The Beachcombers" Molly's reach and Gibsons Landing. Pure Canadiana ! With lot's of sunshine and crystal clear water for swimming in a hidden spot or four, the Sunshine Coast really is a pristine jewel. Here are just a few pictures.
You can't go to Molly's reach without trying a relic burger can you? The taste was far from the point.
I'm not even mentioning what saltwater lake this is. This local secret swimming hole needs to stay quiet!

Beef Stroganoff Stir Fry Hybrid
Taking a typical stroganoff [see the post a few days ago] but adding in vegetables that don't belong and putting it over brown rice instead of egg noodles. It was incredibly good and definitely no soy sauce required or desired.
