This stir fry is so plain I almost wasn't going to post it but I do like to post them all, good or bad. A bland steamed meal is sometimes just what you need and here it is, enjoy.

Turkey Stroganoff

We wanted to do something different with turkey leftovers this year and we needed to Break in a new frying pan. Turkey stroganoff is a lot better then you'd think. I thought we invented the idea but google shows we aren't the first to think of it. Enjoy and have a happy new years eve!

Hot Turkey Sandwiches

The leftover stuffing tasted great mixed right in with the rest of the gravy. More leftovers to come but this sure hit the spot.
