Bacon & Egg Sandwiches
Thick bacon stacked high with sharp cheddar and fresh field tomatoes on toasted whole wheat bread. The eggs were slightly soft in the middle so they squish down when you press on the top.

Pork Chops!
Leftovers made for a unique side dish. I generally don't mix more then one carbohydrate in one meal and never three of them. That's three carbs with one stone though. Consider these leftovers history and formerly part of the "Leave no carbs behind" campaign that lasted all but one day.
