Today's Tidbit
On this day back in 1975 the band Chicago started a two week stint at No.1 on the US album chart with their third number one album simply titled "Chicago V111".
I could post a lot of links to very recognizable songs from that album and others but I enjoy the more obscure efforts. Take "Hideaway" for instance. To me it sure sounds like Black Sabbath influenced this effort and yet anybody even half familiar with Chicago wouldn't likely have expected that. Enjoy this seldom referenced piece of musical history.

Hamburgers
No cheese this time and kept simple. A little light mayo, onion, thick slice of tomato, dab of ketchup and a leaf of lettuce. All in between two smaller, lightly toasted buns.

Today's Tidbit
From The Carpenters at the white house to Elvis marrying Priscilla it was a pretty big day in musical History. I'll focus instead on the following fact. On this day in 1976 Led Zeppelin began a two week run at No.1 on the US album charts with "Presence", their fifth number one album by then.
I'd post a few songs off the album but the the ten plus minutes of "Achilles Last Stand" ought to be enough. I couldn't find a live video link for that year so here's the original release.
