Meatballs & Gravy over Mashed Potatoes

With onions and Mushrooms fried up in butter, this was incredibly good. We'll need to try this another time.

Chicken with Leeks & Mushrooms

The pictures don't do this simple meal any justice. The french fries do not even really belong. The butter fried leeks and thick cut mushrooms smothering these chicken breasts were to die for.

With kidney beans for a little added protein and oomph! Mixed up before hand today just to save some time.

Glazed with real Canadian Maple syrup.

Roast Beef

Topped with a homemade bechamel peppercorn hybrid sauce.
