Beef & Tomato Stew with Perogies

A simple scratch stew and some baked perogies [ apparently there are a dozen ways or more to spell pierogies none of which are recognized by google spell checker] take your pick. This is a bit of a different combo but they went together well.

Hamburger Mac & Cheese

Last time we tried plain mac and cheese it was too dry. This time we added hamburger meat. It wasn't as dry but still wasn't as creamy as we wanted. We need to figure out how to make our mac and cheese good and creamy just like "mom" used to make before we try again. Irregardless of all that this still tasted incredible.

Beef Stir Fry

This brown rice really sticks to your ribs!

Spaghetti & Salad

They go hand in hand well and after camping in the woods a week a few more greens couldn't hurt!
