Taco Tuesday

As the season get's colder there are always tacos to keep you warm. More of a summer food but a little spice goes a long way.

Ravioli & Meat Balls

Usually we just make sauce from scratch but this large jar of strained and crushed tomatoes imported from Italy was the same price as a small tin of tomato paste. It made for a richly red tomato sauce that was really tasty too.

Ham & Egg Sandwiches

No green eggs here just a little tomatoes, cheese and brrrr. Where's the soup?

Pot Luck

It's really just a Canadianized stir fry with potatoes instead of rice.

Remembrance Day

That was yesterday but we "celebrate" it today as a civic holiday, I also don't post on weekends.
