With butter smeared corn on the cob and red skinned potatoes. It smelled almost as good as it tasted.

Flatbread Tacos

We'll remember in future not to use mozzarella as we found that oddly salty in tacos, might have been a bad batch of cheese though. Otherwise it was quick and delicious.

Breaded Garlic Chicken with Asparagus & Mashed Potatoes

Topped with a little monterey jack cheese sided up with garlic infused mashed potatoes.

Meat Sauce with Meatballs on White Rice

This sauce was kept really simple. Fresh stewed tomatoes with thick cut mushrooms and green pepper. Chopped garlic with a light smattering of oregano and basil.

Steak and Potatoes

Common meal around here, a little different each time. This steak was very good and medium cooked. Course ground black peppercorns and Lawry's seasoning on the steak. No other spices need apply.
