Rum & Chocolate

We don't drink very often nor do we eat a lot of desserts. Being the holidays let's do a lot of both!

Turkey Dinner

I took some time off from the food blog over the holidays, now it's time to play a little catch up. This was our home cooked meal for Christmas 2012. The world didn't end and good food still makes you fat. Happy Holidays!

Chunky Beef Stir Fry

Soft and chewy chunks of stewing beef with bok choy and a few other goodies. You can assume all our stir fry's have fresh ground black pepper and garlic in them even if it's not mentioned.

Chicken Salad

This with a splash of simple vinaigrette and ground peppercorns on top. I could have called this tomato salad with chicken since these rich red tomatoes were just as prominent. These skinless chicken breasts added very lean protein but were still very juicy and not dry.

Fried Egg & Tomato Sandwich

Someone [me] once said two sandwiches are almost always better then one. I agree with myself!
