Leftover Beef Patty & Quick Potato Salad

A huge patty made with some leftover hamburger cut in two and served with a quickly whipped up potato salad. This is more then enough for a Friday night. A couple of snacks and a drink or two and the calories will be right up to normal.

Char-Broiled Burgers

Stacked high, these burgers put the char into char-broiled. Winter is no excuse for not checking the propane levels on your barbecue. It was just a matter of finding it in the fog. Every Monday going forward I'll be putting a link at the bottom of the post to give a glimpse of what was posted sometime during the same week a year previous to that post.

It's been too long for these burgers to be so plain. We'll have to jazz them up more next time. They were big on taste though.

Sliders

I'd call them burger bundles but I think that name might already be tm'd. Either way the plate these are on is actually a lot smaller then the normal large plates we use for dinner. These are about half the size of a hamburger but . . double the taste! Not really, smiles. That was our dinner tonight though and this is today's blog post. Bon appetit.

Cheeseburgers

Smothered with melted Canadian marble cheese. Canadian cheese is the best cheese in north america and has been for as long as I can remember. I remember relatives living in Florida when I was a kid always asking us to bring them Canadian cheese every time they were visited. It was one of the main things they missed over there. Enjoy the pictures. They probably are not as good as tasting them but hopefully a close second. They don't call this food porn for nothing!

We fired up the barbecue today for the first time this season. Good weather seemed late to arrive this year but it's warm enough now that it seems to have finally arrived.
