Steak

Cooking with coal and the hibachi is a whole lot easier now that we use one of these coal starters. Not that it was difficult before but it's completely painless now. We used the leftover coals after cooking to boil water for the dishes and then as a base for a camp fire. Words can't describe how good this marinated steak was.
