With a dollop of sour cream . I'm sure if "Hefty's Coney Island 1960's. Redford, MI" Hadn't invented it someone else would have.

Steak Salsa with Nachos & Cheese

This made for a really hearty dip and a great meal.

Leftover Beef Patty & Quick Potato Salad

A huge patty made with some leftover hamburger cut in two and served with a quickly whipped up potato salad. This is more then enough for a Friday night. A couple of snacks and a drink or two and the calories will be right up to normal.

Meatball Mash

This beats a monster mash any day of the week. Make them monster sized if you feel you're missing out!

Sirloin Burger & Potato Salad

This was a very simple yet very good meal. We'll definitely want to combine these into a complete meal again. Meat [check] Potatoes [check]. Looks like the important basis were covered!

Fish & Chips

Very fast food here. Sometimes that happens and even those meals get posted! We eat fish so seldom that I don't even have a label for fish.

We don't drink very often nor do we eat a lot of desserts. Being the holidays let's do a lot of both!

There were also a bunch of other yummy things fried up and thrown in the mix. The secret to good food? Take yummy things and cook them! Who would have thought?

It's really just a Canadianized stir fry with potatoes instead of rice.

Gnocchi Pot Luck

No idea what to call this but it was made with what was kicking around and tasted amazing. I guess I could have called it gnocchi and hamburger cacciatore. Either way it disappeared pretty fast.

Perogies & Cabbage Rolls

Apparently there are several different ways to spell perogie but I'll use the one I'm familiar with. These two foods go together really well.
