Penne Pasta & Cheese
The Monterey Jack actually got baked on afterward. It was so good that it didn't last long enough for a proper picture. The words Penne and Monterey are incredibly not recognized as words in the English language dictionary built into this blog by google. Google needs a few more foodies at the helm. I like how "google" isn't recognized as a word but "Google" is. They need to apply that same attention to detail to food names. I hear if I mention "Google" one more time in this post I get a cookie. Google, google, google [Just to be sure].

Spanish Spaghetti
I think the title is befitting this meal. It's spaghetti made with spicy chorizo sausage. If you like to kick it up a notch look no further.

Ravioli & Meat Balls
Usually we just make sauce from scratch but this large jar of strained and crushed tomatoes imported from Italy was the same price as a small tin of tomato paste. It made for a richly red tomato sauce that was really tasty too.
