Hamburgers of a sort. The meat patty's smothered in melted cheddar are between two slices of toasted grain bread and topped with crisp lettuce etc. Delicious!

Shepherds Pie & Rice Hybrid Creation

I had to come up with that crazy title to accommodate this meal. It's basically shepherds pie but with the ingredients mixed before hand and with rice and vermicelli. It's way better then you'd guess and something only I make this way [that I'm aware of].

Toasted Lunch Meat Sandwiches

Loaded with roast beef, ham and turkey meat slices. Nestled between two pieces of richly buttered and toasted buns. Better because of it's simplicity not despite it and a great way to feel the gap today.
