On this day in the year of my birth The Association were No.1 on the US singles chart with "Windy".

A really simple chili today nothing super special, sided with leftover whole wheat pita bread and topped with a dollop of sour cream.

Turkey Stir Fry Pita Pockets

Had to try a turkey stir fry with cranberries again but this time with a little twist.

Today's Tidbits

"The Little Old Lady From Pasadena" was released by Jan & Dean on this day in 1964. I am pretty sure surfing aficionado's are still out there by the ton but aren't very well represented in today's music. Skater's had a music movement within the last twenty years but surfers seem to have been forgotten in the music world post 2000.

Beef Stew

Another week until this lame weather warms up so until then this will hit the spot.
