Meatballs & Gravy with Rice

We tried this with rice in lieu of potatoes and it worked out pretty well. It'll stick to your ribs!

Steak Sandwiches

 I don't think a steak sandwich can get a whole lot better then this.  From the very first bite it was obvious these were done up right. Who said sandwiches weren't for dinner?

Hamburger Leek Soup

I guess this could have been called a carrot, celery and corn soup with leek and ground beef but either way it was delicious. Soups are less photogenic but our stomachs don't know that!
