With lots of fresh garlic and sweet and sour sauce then baked until the potatoes were golden. Messy but good.

Pork Stir Fry

It was so good last time we had to do it again in the same week. Fresh green and yellow beans with red peppers made it different in nearly every way. No curry this time either and the pork seemed tastier somehow!

In reality this is more like a soup. We just used less flour to knock the fat down some. It tasted amazing regardless.
