We wouldn't normally use sour cream on the potatoes in this situation but we had to use it up. Sharp cheddar, coarsely ground black pepper and real butter rounded out this meal well.

Chorizo Sausage & Chunky Vegetables on White Rice
That was a mouthful literally! Tasty, crispy and spicy. A dessert with this summer's strawberries on vanilla ice cream for the sweet Enjoy, I know we did.

Chicken Pasta Salad
Chicken, fusilli pasta, dill pickles, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, celery and 1/2 fat mayo. There is always a hidden dash of cayenne pepper because it adds a little bite and it's good for your heart as well as many other things [look into it] Enjoy!

Beef Noodle
No clue what to call this accept a beef noodle hybrid. Essentially we needed a purposes for leftover egg noodles and this did the trick really well.

Steak Stroganoff
Beef stroganoff didn't seem to describe it well enough! This was the best we've ever done it. Using proper flat egg noodles, [which we finally found] leftover real white wine not cooking wine and a really great cut of steak. I'd recommend anyone make this their dish tonight.

Spaghetti
Technically this isn't spaghetti. It's a simple meat sauce on fettuccine noodles. Topped with Parmesan. Yummy, of course.

Pan Fried Steak
I wish I still had the label so I knew what cut of steak this was. It was easily the tastiest and most tender steak I can ever recall having. There's been bigger ones, better cooked ones, more well seasoned ones and better aged ones but I don't recall any tasting quite as delicious as these steaks did. As much as we love to barbecue a good pan fried steak works really well too.

Bruschetta Chicken
This was a pretty quick meal. The bread was crisp before being rubbed with garlic, olive oil and the antipasto. The chicken for this were tenderized chicken breast cutlets not a regular chicken breast.
